Michael has been teaching students since 2004, ranging from teenagers to adults. Instruction centers on color theory, color mixing, drawing technique, canvas preparation, and painting mechanics. Michael offers both private and semi-private sessions, with class size limited to three students. He relies on his background in art history, frequently referring to Western art’s greatest painters as students work through challenges in specific painting projects.
